DELIVERIES

The merchant site www.floome.fr allows you to order products for delivery in mainland France, Monaco, Corsica, and in the following European countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland.

DELIVERY OF SMALL PACKAGES: LA POSTE SO COLISSIMO in 2-3 DAYS

Floome works in partnership with Colissimo tracking to deliver your orders. If you want a different method, an additional cost applies, please contact Customer Service.

Using the parcel number that we send you by email, you can follow the course of your order by connecting to the site www.laposte.fr/colissimo.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, your postman will leave a transit advice note in your mailbox on which are indicated the coordinates of the post office where you can collect your Colissimo by presenting your identity document. Y ou have a period of 15 days to collect your parcel at your post office. After this period, it will be automatically sent back to Floome . Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of your order. The delivery price is displayed directly in your shopping cart.

Your package is shipped the day after a validated and paid order.

For items made to order, the deadline is indicated upon request.

DELIVERY OF BULKY PACKAGES: CARRIER

- Floome works in partnership with carriers (DPD or GLS) for the delivery of furniture and other bulky items. Each piece of furniture or bulky item is transported packaged in optimal conditions.

- Delivery by carrier within 24 to 48 hours for packages and within 15 working days from receipt of your payment for bulky furniture. Delivery appointments for large parcels are set in half-day time slots (8 am - 12 noon or 2 pm - 6 pm).

- Your package is delivered against signature, not installed, at the foot of your building or at the doorstep, for houses.

- In case of absence during delivery, a calling card is left in your letterbox. You must contact the carrier and arrange a second delivery appointment.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE METROPOLITAN FRANCE

The shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the delivery destination, the weight and the volume of the package and are displayed directly in your basket.

Delivery is by post, for low volume packages or by carrier for large packages.

The delivery procedure is identical to that for delivery in mainland France.

CHECKING YOUR DELIVERY:

When you receive or collect a package, it is your responsibility to check the condition, number and conformity of the products delivered. If an anomaly or damage exists, specify it clearly on the delivery slip, making precise, dated and signed reservations, and if necessary refuse delivery; the products being deemed accepted by the customer upon delivery, if no reservation is indicated, no recourse can be taken.

DEFECTIVE PACKAGE:
The Customer must check the condition of the goods at the time of delivery.

Broken item
The Customer must refuse the item and must notify it in writing on the carrier's slip - "detail of the item - problem noted - Customer's refusal - date - Floome return".

A copy of the slip and a letter of complaint must be sent to Les Chérinettes-Floome within 48 hours by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. Photographs of the damaged item should be sent by email.


STOCK:

Floome puts the available products online or on order and clearly indicates the temporary unavailability of certain products.
In the event of a shortage of stock, Floome contacts the Customer to ask them if they wish to wait until the product becomes available, offer an equivalent product or a refund.

PRODUCT RETURN :
The Customer has the possibility, in accordance with article L 121-16 of the French Consumer Code, to return the products to Floome at his own expense within 15 working days of receipt for exchange or refund. Withdrawal is excluded (article 121-20.2 3 paragraph) for any product personalized or manufactured according to the consumer's specifications (fabric, base, colors).

The product returned to Floome must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and instructions. The costs of delivery and return remain the responsibility of the customer. In this case, any return will result in either the sending of a refund check equal to the purchase price of the object excluding delivery costs, or the constitution of a credit for the benefit of the Customer, after quantitative verification and quality of the returned products.
